Innovation is often seen as something mythical, a magical buzzword which often leads to innovation theatre. I think it would be valuable to break down the strategies, tools and methodologies that drive innovation.
Might it be valuable to shape a cookbook-like collection of recipes for corporate innovation, describing the most common approaches and breaking down the process, the do's and don'ts?
We could do this by capturing learnings from corporate innovators and making them accessible to anyone. Maybe even open source it like the PIE accelerator cookbook?
