During a 2-week Design Thinking Bootcamp at Solvay Business School, I lead a team of 5 students.
Our challenge was to innovate the way we travel. We chose one of consumers' biggest needs at the airport: comfort.
We developed a new product to innovate the way we transport our luggage in the airport.
In 2 weeks time, we:
- Validated the business model with potential partners and users
- Found applications for other industries
- Determined technical features
- Built MVP & prototype
With this solution, we raised actual interest from partners such as Brussels Airport and a Business Angel.
